This is particularly challenging when dealing with systems that require consumables, as discrepancies between the user's existing inventory and the manufacturer's provided supplies can lead to frustrating back-and-forth communication and logistical delays, hindering effective training and practical application.

The Solution

Introducing a revolutionary approach to remote system support: our solution leverages Meta Quest 3 virtual reality headsets connected securely over the internet via end-to-end encryption. This allows a local user to spatially visualize their equipment while a remote expert views a real-time virtual representation, complete with real-time audio and accurate tracking of movements, hands, and pose in 3D space. This is a significant leap forward from traditional teleconferencing, requiring only a pair of headsets for a truly immersive and collaborative experience. Plus, we've built in seamless AR-enabled mobile device support, letting users view and interact with the system remotely using their smartphones and tablets, opening up a world of possibilities for on-the-go assistance and troubleshooting.
